Rosalyn L. Glenn is a joy-filled, motivational speaker with a strong interest in the development of people.  She has committed her life to sharing her knowledge and encouraging people to a higher standard of living, particularly in their financial matters.  Her motivation is found in the transformation of the lives of people as they come to know their life’s purpose and live up to their fullest potential.

For the past 35 years, Rosalyn has served Delta in various leadership capacities and led with integrity, excellence, and a high level of competency in every role.  From her first position as chaplain of Iota Chi Chapter at the University of South Carolina to her current position as member of the National Strategic Planning Committee via her current chapter, Richland County Alumnae Chapter, Rosalyn has added value to every role and ultimately to our organization.  

Rosalyn is a financial planner with Prudential offering securities products and services as a registered representative of Pruco Securities, LLC.  With more than 32 years of financial experience, she utilizes her planning, organizing, and business skills to assist clients in reaching their fullest financial potential while staying focused on their mission and goals.  

 

As an entrepreneur, Rosalyn is the President/CEO of Destiny Wealth Advisors & Consulting, LLC.  In this capacity, she assists individuals, businesses, churches, and nonprofit organizations in developing strategies to ensure their longevity and sustainability. 

 

Rosalyn graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts degree.  As a student, she began a career in banking that spanned from a part time teller to a Branch Administrator.  During her banking tenure, Rosalyn worked with every area of the industry from front line to executive level staff.  The valuable skills gained from this work experience have prepared her to serve our organization in an executive leadership role.     

 

Rosalyn was appointed to serve on a Credit Union Task Force to explore the feasibility of opening a credit union sponsored by the Brookland Baptist Church.  She led the Task Force in working with the South Carolina Credit Union League and the National Credit Union Administration and secured a federal charter to operate a credit union in May 1999.  Due to the display of her untiring work ethic, her past financial experience, and her dedication to the Task Force, she was offered the position as manager and subsequently President/CEO of the Brookland Federal Credit Union.  She managed every area of the credit union and led the organization to $3.1 Million in assets with over 1700 members securing its solid financial foundation.  The credit union is still open today because of the leadership she provided to secure its longevity.  

 

Rosalyn is a community activist and serves several organizations that address concerns that matter to her.  She is a minister at The Brook Church and serves on several boards including the Fortitude Foundation.  In addition to these organizations, Rosalyn is actively engaged in the political process.  She volunteers her time and talent to enhance the lives of people and can often be found speaking up for the least of these and those who feel as if their voices are not being heard.  

 

Rosalyn resides in Columbia, South Carolina and in her spare time, enjoys spending time with family and friends, music, traveling, and reading.
